Are you passionate about empowering people to live more independently and thrive in their communities? We’re looking for a Support Worker to join our dedicated team, supporting adults in supported housing across Bristol

What You’ll Do

• Provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs in relation to housing
• Build strong, trusting relationships with service users, colleagues, and partner agencies.
• Encourage participation in social, educational, and employment opportunities.
• Carry out risk assessments, maintain professional boundaries, and ensure safeguarding and safety compliance.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in support work, risk assessment, and planning.
• A strong communicator, able to build rapport quickly.
• Confident working both independently and as part of a team.
• IT-literate with good record-keeping skills.
• Flexible, adaptable, and resilient under pressure.
• Positive, open, and professional at all times.

 

🔒 This role requires an enhanced DBS check. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available).
