Litigation Solicitor (NQ+ PQE) – Nottinghamshire – £40,000+ DOE - Job Ref: TL2859. Are you a Newly Qualified Civil or Commercial Litigation Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career? The Role
You will join a highly respected Litigation team recognised for delivering practical, commercially focused solutions across a broad spectrum of civil and commercial disputes.
As a key member of the department, you will manage a varied and engaging caseload, including:
• Complex possession and property disputes
• Title rectification matters
• Professional negligence claims
• Trust and commercial disputes
• General litigation and dispute resolution matters
You will also have the opportunity to support and mentor junior colleagues, contributing to the continued growth and success of the department.
Skills & Experience Required
• Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in civil and/or commercial litigation
• Proven ability to manage complex matters independently
• Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail
• A collaborative and proactive approach
• Based in Cornwall or genuinely interested in relocating to enjoy the exceptional lifestyle the region offers
