Job Description
Construction Solicitor (Non-Contentious), 6+ Years PQE, Bristol, £85,000+ (DOE) - This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded construction lawyer to take a leading role on high-quality transactional and advisory matters, working with a diverse client base across the construction sector. JOB REF: 2884.
THE ROLE:
• You will handle a broad range of non-contentious construction matters and support strategic client development initiatives.
• Advising on and drafting construction documentation, including building contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties, framework agreements, and ancillary documents
• Leading on complex and multi-party transactions from instruction through to completion
• Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to their development
• Actively contributing to client relationship management and new business development
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications sought from Construction Solicitors with a minimum of 6 Years PQE in non-contentious construction law
• Experienced in drafting and negotiating a wide range of construction contracts
• Confident managing matters and supervising others
• Highly organised with strong matter management skills
• A clear communicator with strong client relationship skills
• Motivated to contribute to business development and team growth
