Plot Sales Conveyancer, 2+ Years PQE, Worcester, £45,000+ (DOE) – This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a dynamic and supportive team acting on a wide range of new build transactions from initial site set-up through to exchange and completion. JOB REF: 2886
THE ROLE:
• You will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential new build plot sales files from instruction to completion.
• You will advise on a broad range of legal and practical issues across plot sales work, assist with site set-up and ongoing plot disposals and deal with enquiries, exchanges and completions efficiently and accurately
• Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of plot sales issues and processes
• Work closely with colleagues across the wider business to share knowledge
• Participate in business development activities where appropriate
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 2 Years post-qualification experience in plot sales.
• You will be confident and capable of working with minimal supervision and managing your own caseload
• Strong technical and drafting skills
• Excellent client care and communication abilities
• A collaborative approach to teamwork
