JOB TITLE: Personal Injury Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 3+
LOCATION: Greater Manchester
SALARY: Up to £50,000 DOE
THE ROLE:
The successful candidate will manage a varied and demanding caseload of fast track and multi-track RTA matters, alongside employer’s liability and public liability claims. They will have full conduct of files from initial instruction through to settlement or trial, undertaking detailed liability investigations, gathering evidence and drafting pleadings as required. The role involves instructing and liaising with experts and counsel, conducting negotiations and progressing matters efficiently towards resolution. The candidate will ensure strict compliance with procedural rules and court deadlines while utilising the firm’s case management system to support effective file handling. They will work within a modern, well resourced and technology driven environment designed to enhance productivity and client care, adopting a proactive and collaborative approach supported by tools and resources that encourage professional development and effective case progression.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years’ PQE in personal injury law, with proven experience handling fast track and multi-track RTA cases, as well as employer’s liability and public liability claims, from inception to conclusion. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise together with excellent organisational and time management skills. They will be proactive, enthusiastic and highly motivated, with a clear commitment to delivering outstanding client care. The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a supportive and collaborative team environment is essential, as is a willingness to engage in continuous professional development and embrace new ways of working.
