OVERVIEW:
• Lead, manage and develop the firm’s private client department.
• Oversee a broad range of services including wills, probate, trusts, estate and succession planning, estate administration, Court of Protection matters, deputyship management, inheritance tax planning, asset protection, lasting powers of attorney and compensation trusts.
• Shape and implement the strategic direction of the department.
• Ensure the consistent delivery of high quality, client-focused legal services.
• Maintain excellent client care and service standards.
• Manage, mentor and develop team members.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department.
• Drive business development initiatives and strengthen client relationships.
• Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulatory and professional standards.
• Contribute to the firm’s ongoing growth and strong market reputation.
• Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in private client law.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
• STEP Diploma qualified or actively working towards qualification.
