Residential Conveyancer, 1+ Years PQE, Gloucestershire, £Excellent Salary (DOE) – A new role for an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking for a new challenge in their career. JOB REF: 4755

THE ROLE:
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, buy-to-let property transactions, investment portfolio acquisitions, Remortgages and transfers of equity, new build and shared ownership matters and general residential conveyancing advice
• You will be confident dealing with residential property matters from start to finish with minimal supervision.
• While previous experience acting for property investors would be beneficial, the firm is happy to provide training for candidates who have limited exposure to this area but are enthusiastic about working with investment clients.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 1 Years PQE.
• You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
