I’m currently working with a well-established, highly regulated training and technical services organisation to recruit a Compliance & Records Administrator to support their senior leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys structured, detail-focused work and thrives in a compliance-led environment.
In this role, you’ll provide high-quality administrative and records support, helping ensure documentation, compliance processes, and internal records are accurate, up to date, and audit-ready. You’ll be working with confidential and sensitive information, so professionalism and discretion are essential. The position requires someone who can manage competing priorities, meet tight deadlines, and maintain excellent attention to detail while delivering a consistent, client-focused service.7

- SVQ Level 3 (or equivalent qualification/experience)
- Strong administrative background with proven ability to deliver accurate work to deadlines
- Experience working in a regulated or compliance-driven environment (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage varied workloads with minimal supervision
- Confident handling confidential and sensitive information
- Flexible and adaptable approach, with strong problem-solving skills
- Evidence of ongoing professional development is advantageous
