Location: Plymouth
Hours: 37 hours per week
Pay: £13-14 per hour
Contract: Temporary assignment
Driving Licence: Required

What You’ll Be Doing

- Grass cutting and strimming across housing estates and communal areas
- Hedge trimming, shrub maintenance and general grounds upkeep
- Litter picking and ensuring outdoor spaces remain clean and safe
- Planting trees, flowers and seasonal plants
- Supporting wider landscaping and environmental improvement projects
- Using a range of grounds maintenance machinery and equipment including strimmer’s, mowers, blowers
- Travelling between sites with crew / equipment (company vehicle provided during work hours)
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping or similar outdoor work is essential
- A full UK driving licence (essential)
- Someone reliable, hardworking and comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good awareness of health & safety
