HGV Class 1 Drivers (C+E) - PM / Early AM Starts

Pertemps are currently recruiting HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for our valued client based in Milton Keynes, with start times between 20:00 and 03:00. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced drivers seeking regular work, competitive rates of pay, and flexible shifts throughout the week.

The RoleAs an HGV Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for completing deliveries and collections to RDCs across the UK.

Duties include:

• Trunking and RDC deliveries nationwide
• Palletised freight
• Minimal handball involved
• Vehicle checks and compliance with transport regulations
• Occasional nights out required
  
  

What's On Offer?

• 12-hour shifts
• Start times between 20:00 and 03:00
• Ad-hoc and ongoing shifts available across 7 days
• Night out allowances provided
• Immediate starts available
  
  

Pay Rates
Monday to Friday Days: £17.10 per hour
Monday to Friday Nights: £19.50 per hour
Saturday (All Hours): £20.00 per hour
Sunday & Bank Holidays (All Hours): £21.00 per hour

RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have:

• A valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
• Valid Driver CPC qualification
• Digital Tachograph Card
• Minimum 2 years' HGV Class 1 driving experience
• Flexibility with start times and occasional nights out
• A professional and reliable approach to work
