As a Tax Manager, you will:
- Manage a substantial portfolio of corporate and personal tax clients.
- Lead the preparation and review of compliance work, including CT, personal tax, and VAT.
- Provide advisory support on tax planning and corporate transactions.
- Supervise, mentor, and review work of junior team members.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and act as their main point of contact.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with technical, regulatory, and internal quality standards.
- Support the continued growth of the tax function through process improvement and client engagement.
The successful Tax Manager will have:
- ACA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience managing a portfolio of corporate and personal tax clients.
- Strong technical knowledge in corporate, personal, and indirect tax.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
- Commercial awareness and proactive approach to client service.
- Ability to handle multiple deadlines and prioritise workload effectively.
- A collaborative approach and strong interpersonal skills.
