The team is responsible for:
β About the Role As a Script Investigation Supervisor, you will supervise a team of around 25 seasonal staff, supporting them across various investigation processes. Each investigation is unique and uses tools such as Excel, Power BI, and internal databases.
This is a hands-on, floor-based supervisory role. Youβll spend most of your shift actively supporting operators, answering queries, maintaining productivity, and ensuring all work meets the required quality and compliance standards.
You will also act as the main point of contact for any issues raised by seasonal staff, ensuring queries are resolved quickly and escalated when needed.

Every investigation completed by the team has a direct impact on a student's exam result. Supervisors play a critical part in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of AQAβs script management processes β maintaining fairness, preventing delays, and supporting a high-quality assessment system.

- Managing investigations across multiple Awarding Bodies.
- Accounting for every packet of exam papers sent to Milton Keynes.
- Ensuring every script and Attendance Record is located, recorded, and processed correctly.
β About the Role As a Script Investigation Supervisor, you will supervise a team of around 25 seasonal staff, supporting them across various investigation processes. Each investigation is unique and uses tools such as Excel, Power BI, and internal databases.

- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and process compliance.
- Monitor team performance to ensure deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly.
- Provide daily updates on progress, productivity, and issues to the Script Investigation Team Leader.
- Deliver constructive feedback to help the team improve and succeed.
- Monitor attendance and address issues promptly.
- Maintain consistent accuracy and high standards across all investigations.
