Job Description

We’re looking for a Regulatory Administrator to join our small, high-profile Regulatory Reporting and Assurance Team responsible for managing our Annual Performance Report. From data collection and assurance through to final document publication, you’ll play a critical role in helping us demonstrate transparency, compliance and control.

We’re looking for a Regulatory Administrator to join our small, high-profile Regulatory Reporting and Assurance Team responsible for managing our Annual Performance Report. What you’ll be doing as a Regulatory Administrator
You will:
- Check data for compliance against assurance and regulatory requirements
- Maintain meticulous records using SharePoint, Excel and Power BI
- Manage a busy reporting calendar with tight deadlines
- Work confidently with around 200 internal contacts across operational, asset and retail teams
- Identify risks to delivery, solve problems proactively and escalate where needed
- Proofread and sense-check content to ensure clarity for non-technical readers
- Help produce an engaging, accurate and high-quality final report
What you should bring to the role
Essential:
- Working to deadlines with meticulous data accuracy
- Working autonomously and proactively
- Operating in a busy environment with multiple stakeholders
- A good standard of literacy and confidence using Office365 applications
- Strong Excel skills
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Analytical and solution-focused
- A strong communicator who can engage at all levels
- Creating meaningful insights from large or complex datasets
- Resolving non-compliance issues and conflicting priorities
- Working within regulatory or assurance frameworks
- Project management exposure
- SharePoint knowledge
- Power BI dashboard experience
- You’ll join a small, high-visibility team at the heart of regulatory reporting
- You’ll gain insight into a huge range of business activities across Thames Water
- You’ll build valuable regulatory, assurance and stakeholder management experience
