- Supporting managers with HR policies and procedures
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Managing HR documentation and maintaining accurate employee records
- Supporting payroll with HR-related information
- Ensuring compliance with current UK employment law
- Contributing to HR projects and process improvements
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a similar HR Advisor role
- Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation
- Confident managing employee relations cases independently
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- CIPD qualified or working towards qualification (desirable)
- Available to start at short notice
