- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEMH needs
- Support students with behavioural challenges and emotional regulation
- Implement behaviour support plans and individual strategies
- Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils
- Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral staff
- Promote a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
- Experience working with children or young people with SEMH, behavioural needs, or challenging behaviour
- Background in education, youth work, care, or support work desirable
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Calm, consistent, and resilient approach
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
