Job Description
Senior Social Worker, Adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism Team, Telford
£31.97 per hour.
Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm (37 hours) - Hybrid – office/home/client
Emphasis on completing Care Act Reviews and maximising health care funding.
