Catering Assistant - Yardley

Location: Yardley, B33
Hours: 10 - 6pm 
Shifts: Various days - Monday to Sunday 
Pay rate: £12.21


Here at Pertemps Network Catering, we are looking to recruit experienced Kitchen/ Catering Assistants  to work with our client in Yardley B33, on an adhoc temporary basis
 
The role will be working as part of a small catering team in a kitchen. Candidates will be responsible for food preparation, cleaning surfaces, counter service, setting up service trollies, washing up, setting up and cleaning away dining area.
 

Kitchen Assistant Responsibilities:

• Assist with basic food preparation, including washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients.
• Keep the kitchen and dining areas clean and organized, following all health and safety regulations.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, ensuring cleanliness standards are met.
• Help with serving food and refilling supplies as needed.
• Ensure that food storage areas are clean and well-organized.
• Support the kitchen team with any other duties as needed to maintain smooth kitchen operations.

Kitchen Assistant Requirements:

• Previous catering experience
• Ability to work 10am - 6pm 
• Enhanced DBS – We can process
• Food and Hygiene & Food Allergen Certificate - we can help with training
