The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and engaging English Teacher to join a secondary school in Sandwell from February 2026. This long-term assignment involves delivering high-quality English lessons across KS3 and KS4, helping students develop strong literacy, analytical, and writing skills. Full teaching responsibilities apply, including planning, marking, assessment, and contributing to departmental initiatives.
The Candidate
You’ll be a qualified English Teacher (QTS or ECT) with secure curriculum knowledge and a passion for literature and language. The ideal candidate will be confident teaching mixed-ability classes, able to differentiate effectively, and committed to raising attainment. Strong classroom management and a proactive, positive attitude are essential.
