The Role

- Conference and corporate catering
- Weddings and private events
- Afternoon teas and seasonal menus
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up
- Background in fresh food, high-volume events, and quality restaurant service
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Sound knowledge of food safety and HACCP compliance
- Calm under pressure with a proactive, hands-on approach
- Experience within a hotel or wedding venue environment would be advantageous
