Job Description
Pertemps is currently recruiting for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrator to join the team at Royal Mail, one of the UK’s most respected and recognisable organisations. - Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, scanning, and document management.
- Handle internal communications and respond to emails or phone queries.
- Support operational managers with scheduling, record-keeping, and reports.
- Update systems accurately with delivery or workforce information.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy at all times.
Requirements
- Previous admin or office experience.
- Good IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Other Information:
- Working Hours: 08:00 – 13:00 Monday to Friday.
- Pay Rate: £12.62 with the option of weekly or monthly pay.
- Duration of Assignment: 8-10 weeks with possible extension.
