As a Monitoring / SCOM Engineer, you will:
- Design and implement enterprise monitoring solutions (SCOM, PRTG)
- Configure alerts, thresholds, and service health views
- Build dashboards for operational and service desk visibility
- Integrate monitoring with ITSM tooling
- Monitor Windows, Linux, network devices, and virtual infrastructure
- Support SNMP and other monitoring integrations
- Produce technical documentation and low-level designs
- Provide hands-on engineering support across live environments
What you will bring to this Monitoring / SCOM Engineer role.
- Strong experience with SCOM and/or PRTG
- Background in enterprise infrastructure monitoring
- Experience across Windows, Linux, and network environments
- Understanding of alerting, dashboards, and service views
- Knowledge of monitoring integrations (e.g. SNMP)
- Hands-on engineering mindset.
- Experience with tools like ManageEngine or similar platforms
- Exposure to monitoring tool selection / implementation projects
