- Acting as the first point of contact, greeting visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner
- Managing a busy reception desk and switchboard
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
- Coordinating meeting rooms and liaising with internal teams
- Managing visitor logs, security procedures, and access passes
- Supporting with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
- Holiday pay accrued hourly
- Complimentary lunches (dependent on firm)
