Full Time | Monday to Friday | 9am – 5pm
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Housing Supply Scheme Co-ordinator to join a busy Housing & Regeneration directorate in East London.
This is a senior-level role focused on bringing forward new build and regeneration housing schemes, managing projects from feasibility and consultation stages through to delivery in partnership with Capital Delivery teams and external stakeholders.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Housing Supply Scheme Co-ordinator to join a busy Housing & Regeneration directorate in East London.
This is a senior-level role focused on bringing forward new build and regeneration housing schemes, managing projects from feasibility and consultation stages through to delivery in partnership with Capital Delivery teams and external stakeholders.
The Role You will:
- Lead on scoping and co-ordinating new build and estate infill housing schemes
- Act as the key link between the Housing Client, Capital Delivery, Asset Management and external partners
- Oversee feasibility studies, option appraisals and project briefs
- Support land assembly processes including acquisitions, decants and potential CPO activity
- Manage funding streams, grant conditions and financial appraisals
- Present reports and updates to senior managers and Members
- Manage staff (Housing Supply Officers & Support Officers) and specialist consultants
- Ensure projects meet planning, design, regulatory and stakeholder engagement requirements
- Strong experience delivering regeneration or capital housing schemes within a local authority
- Proven project management experience in a capital build environment
- Experience managing budgets, funding bids and financial appraisals
- Knowledge of land assembly, decants and CPO processes
- Experience engaging with residents, Members and senior stakeholders
- Ability to manage complex programmes and tight deadlines
