Location: Maidstone, Kent
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 4:30pm | Friday 7:30am to 1:00pm

Production Operative Required

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Maidstone. This role would suit candidates with experience as a Factory Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Assembly Operative, Machine Operator, Production Assistant, Warehouse Operative, Warehouse Assistant, or anyone seeking a hands-on manufacturing role.

Key Responsibilities

• Working as a Production Operative within a busy factory environment
  
  
• Carrying out assembly and manufacturing tasks to company specifications
  
  
• Using hand tools, power tools, and industrial equipment safely and effectively
  
  
• Operating production machinery and equipment
  
  
• Completing repetitive production and assembly work with a high level of accuracy
  
  
• Following manufacturing instructions and production schedules
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a factory, manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operating role is advantageous
  
  
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks throughout the working day
  
  
• Good manual dexterity and practical skills
  
  
• Ability to use hand tools and basic workshop equipment
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
  
  
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking approach
  
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
  
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, assembly, or production environments is desirable but not essential
