Residential Development Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, Gloucestershire, £60,000+ (DOE) – This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Development Solicitor looking to undertake high-quality development work within a collaborative and ambitious firm that enjoys an outstanding reputation amongst landowners, developers and investors. JOB REF: 4758.

THE ROLE:
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include conditional contracts, promotion agreements, land acquisition and disposal transactions, strategic land matters, development site transactions and general residential development advice
• The role offers exposure to complex and rewarding work, providing an opportunity to become a trusted adviser to clients throughout the development lifecycle.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Residential Development Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 5 Years PQE.
• You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
• You will be confident dealing directly with clients and professional contacts, building long-term relationships and identifying opportunities to add value.
