This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified tax professional to take ownership of a diverse client portfolio while working within a supportive and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities of the Personal/Mixed Tax Manager:
- Manage a portfolio of owner-managed business (OMB) and private client clients, delivering proactive and practical tax advice.
- Oversee preparation and review of personal and corporate tax returns, ensuring compliance with UK tax legislation.
- Advise clients on tax planning, reliefs, and business restructuring opportunities.
- Mentor and support junior staff, reviewing their work and providing guidance.
- Liaise with HMRC and other external stakeholders, attending client meetings as required.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the practice through business development initiatives.
- ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified.
- Proven experience in a tax-focused role within an accountancy practice.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK personal and corporate taxation.
- Experience managing client relationships and supervising junior staff.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and commercial awareness skills.
